AI Transparency
Every report in Loud Dashboards has a Get AI Suggestionsbutton. When you click it, we send the visible report data plus your domain’s brand profile to a commercial AI provider, get back a structured set of recommendations, and render them inline. Here’s exactly what that means.
What gets sent
- The data shown on the current report (KPIs, top rows, the date range).
- Your domain’s brand profile (name, industry, target audience, tone, voice, avoid-topics) — pulled from your contentPerfect preferences if connected.
- A standardized SEO-expert system prompt describing how to analyze that report type.
What does NOT get sent
- Other clients’ data is never mixed into your prompt.
- OAuth tokens, cookies, or any authentication material.
- Personal information beyond your name and email (used only to address you in the response when relevant).
Provider + data retention
We use commercial AI providers under enterprise agreements that prohibit training on customer prompts. Each call is logged to Loud’s internal cost-tracking system (timestamp, route, domain, token counts) so we can audit usage. Prompts and responses are not retained by Loud beyond what’s shown in the UI.
Quality of recommendations
AI suggestions are recommendations, not directives. They’re grounded in your data and your brand profile, but you should treat them like advice from a smart consultant — directionally useful, sometimes wrong, never a substitute for your own judgment.
Opting out
Don’t click the button. The dashboard renders the data either way; the AI overlay is strictly opt-in per report.
